In this phase, we work closely with the client to understand their requirements, goals, and high-level expectations.
We collaborate with the client to define the project scope, team size, required technologies, and key performance indicators. Based on this, we propose a detailed strategy and roadmap for the BOT engagement, outlining timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation measures.
Reco formalizes the engagement through a contract that covers the Build, Operate, and Transfer phases, service level agreements (SLAs), intellectual property rights, confidentiality, and reporting mechanisms.
We recruit and shortlist qualified candidates, onboard them, and provide training aligned with the client’s processes and tools. We also set up the required infrastructure, tools, and security measures to ensure smooth operations.
During the Operate phase, the team executes the project while meeting defined KPIs. Workflows and processes are continuously optimized, and the team is further developed through coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews to ensure high-quality delivery.
Knowledge transfer sessions are conducted, and comprehensive documentation is provided to the client. Responsibilities are gradually handed over in stages, and post-transfer support is offered to ensure a smooth and stable transition.
The minimum duration is 3 months, or shorter depending on team size and the potential scale-up plan.
