After more than 20 years in Vietnam’s IT HR industry, I have seen how traditional outsourcing models often create distance between companies and the people building their products. While outsourcing can solve short-term capacity needs, it frequently limits visibility, ownership, and long-term team integration.
I founded Reco with a different belief: Vietnamese IT talent should not feel like an external layer – they should function as a true extension of the organization.
