The client is a well-known South Korean corporation with global operations. In 2022, they decided to build a tech team in Vietnam to support long-term product development and regional growth. Reco was entrusted with building the company’s founding team in Vietnam, including key leadership roles such as CTO, Tech Lead, and HR Manager. When launching its Vietnam operations in 2022, the client required an experienced recruitment consultant to support the end-to-end build-up of its local organization. The initial phase focused on executive search, targeting key leadership roles such as CTO, HR Manager, HR, and Team Leaders, all of which were critical first hires for the new Vietnam branch.
